Egico. Simply.

We are a company from Tarnów, Poland, that prepares and runs renewable energy investments from start to finish.

We specialise in solar PV, wind energy, biomass and biogas. We handle everything a renewable project needs — land, permits, documentation and special purpose vehicles — so that the investment moves smoothly from idea to a working plant.

We work with business clients only. It is a deliberate choice: by focusing on one field, we can do it really well.

We are the link between the parties to an investment. We run each project so that the deal satisfies everyone, and we take care of every detail along the way.

Landowners

We offer a secure lease agreement, a bonus and rent. Until stage 8, the land stays at your disposal.

From a plot of land to a working farm.

We run the whole life cycle of a renewable project, or just the stage you need.

Land acquisition
We find sites for renewable investments and analyse the plots: location, planning and environmental conditions, and access to the grid. We sign transparent lease agreements with the owners.

We set up dedicated special purpose vehicles and run the entire administrative path — from the environmental decision, through zoning and grid connection conditions, to the building permit and the promise of a licence.

Design

04 / For landowners

Building a renewable energy farm — step by step.

Leasing your land for a farm? Before you sign, we will walk you through the whole process. It takes 11 stages — for roughly the first year, the land remains at your disposal.

Stage I
Signing the agreement
The signature is the start. We sign a secure lease agreement, and you keep using your land.
Stage II
Design decisions
The first administrative procedures begin: concept design, environmental decision, zoning and grid connection conditions.
Stage III
Site plan
We agree the boundaries of the investment area and prepare the site plan of the farm.
Stage IV
Construction decisions
The second round of procedures: the construction design and the building permit.
Stage V
Bonus payment
At this stage we pay you a bonus.
Stage VI
Licence
We complete the administrative procedures — the investment is granted its licence.
Stage VII
Notice of the start
We let you know well in advance when construction work will begin.
Stage VIII
Handover of the land
We take over the site for construction. From this moment, lease rent starts to accrue.

Building the farm
We build the solar farm and commission the installation.
Stage X
29 years of cooperation
The farm produces clean energy, and you receive rent for the entire lease period.

Stage XI
Your decision
After 29 years you choose: end the cooperation or continue it. If it ends, we guarantee the site is cleared and restored.

Assumptions

An indicative estimate for a typical ground-mounted farm in Poland: approx. 1.5 ha per 1 MWp of capacity, approx. 1,000 MWh of output per year from 1 MWp, approx. 2.5 MWh of annual consumption per household and approx. 0.6 t of CO₂ per MWh of grid electricity. The actual potential depends on the shape of the plot, the terrain, the soil class and the grid connection options — we assess it case by case.
